We are currently seeking new leader that has strategic thinking, motivation to grow, integrity and
\nproduction skill in cutting tools and spare part making<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

  • Experience in working for Japanese companies<\/li>\n
  • Experience as production manager for spare parts or cutting tools of automotive\/ electronic\/ aerospace industry<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in factory machinery, such as maintenance, repair, and improvement<\/li>\n
  • Strong leadership skills<\/li>\n
  • Japanese and English speaking<\/li>\n
  • Result Oriented person<\/li>\n
  • Motivational and has sense of integrity, systematic person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Job Description:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Managing the factory and all resources under its supervision.
      \nPlanning, preparing, implementing, and overseeing activities and other aspects to achieve
      \nquality and efficiency.<\/li>\n
    • Building a “Sense of Belonging” among all personnel.<\/li>\n
    • Implementing the factory’s work program according to established regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Carrying out production processes regularly and efficiently to achieve productivity.<\/li>\n
    • Supervising the implementation of machine maintenance programs (Maintenance ProgramSchedule), warehouse stock administration, production stock, and production delivery.<\/li>\n
    • Monitoring the systems used to achieve quality and efficiency according to established standards.<\/li>\n
    • Supervising workplace safety and factory security.<\/li>\n
    • Ensuring the correctness, timeliness, usefulness, and accuracy of all data and reports.<\/li>\n
    • Providing regular reports to the Board of Directors on production performance, KPIs, and other metrics.<\/li>\n
    • Placement in Cikarang<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

      Saat ini, kami sedang mencari pemimpin maintenance yang memiliki integritas, dan keterampilan
      \nperbaikan Mesin, Elektrikal & Utility.<\/p>\n

      Persyaratan :<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Usia maksimal 40 tahun<\/li>\n
      • Pendidikan Min. Diploma Jurusan Teknik Mesin<\/li>\n
      • Memiliki pengalaman<\/li>\n
      • Maintenance Machining Center<\/li>\n
      • Bisa mengoperasikan mesin machining (bubut, milling, dll)<\/li>\n
      • Memiliki pemahaman Electrical dan Program PLC<\/li>\n
      • Orientasi pada hasil,<\/li>\n
      • memiliki integritas dan tanggung jawab terhadap perusahaan, team dan diri sendiri<\/li>\n
      • Disiplin, sistematis dan strategis untuk mengatur pekerjaan team<\/li>\n
      • Penempatan Jababeka, Cikarang<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:<\/p>\n

        • Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan maintenance kepada team maintenance dibawahannya untuk
          \nmelakukan pengecekan peralatan dan mesin agar dalam kondisi baik, siap digunakan untuk
          \naktifitas produksi<\/li>\n
        • Mengatur anggota tim untuk mencapai target downtime yang sudah ditentukan.<\/li>\n
        • Melakukan preventive dan corrective maintenance<\/li>\n
        • Troubleshooting jika mesin\/ alat bantu mengalami problem.<\/li>\n
        • Menganalisis dan mengevaluasi status mesin dan peralatan serta memberikan solusi cepat<\/li>\n
        • Melakukan Manajemen perawatan Peralatan dan Mesin<\/li>\n
        • Melakukan manajemen anggaran biaya maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
